Exxon, the oil giant, knew decades ago that burning fossil fuels would lead to global warming, yet they publicly denied it and even cast doubt on the science. But now a new study published in the journal Science has provided statistical evidence that Exxon's own climate predictions, dating back to the 1970s, were just as accurate as independent experts. Looks like Exxon turned a blind eye to this and continued drilling for profits.
